Apartments in the house are rented for the whole month of June (1.6 to 1.7) and the whole month of September (2.9 to 2.10). The price per apartment is a monthly rent of 1300 Euros. House with two apartments (4 plus 1; 4 plus 1) less than 100m from the beach. It is located outside the center of Malinska (10 min), near the Malin hotel. The house is the second row from the sea. It is tucked away from the main road in the village of cottages and lots of greenery. There is one parking space in front of the house. Second parking in the public parking lot. The lower apartment has a small garden. The house has wlan flat rate internet. . Nearby is a children's playground (50 m), a shop (50 m), a diving center (50 m), a wellness center and a swimming pool in the Malin hotel, which can be used by external guests for a fee. Apartment reservation is confirmed by paying 15% of the total amount to the owner's current account. The remaining amount is paid to the renter upon arrival at the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is around 2 pm, and departure from the apartment in the morning no later than 10 am. The fifth person uses the sofa in the living room and the surcharge is 10 Euros/night. A stay shorter than 4 nights increases the price by 30%. Small pets are allowed - 5 Euro/day

Rocky beach The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a terrace and a loggia. They are well equipped and have all the basic electricity. appliances (washing machine, filter coffee machine, dryer, iron, oven, electric grill on the terrace, etc.) as well as air conditioning, satellite, TV. The apartment has bed linen, towels, tablecloths, kitchen towels.
We were very satisfied. In the apartment there is everything you need, kitchen very well equipped, balcony with grill, small terrace and parking space in front of the door. The sea is not far and a small shop for shopping is around the corner. I can only recommend.
Families with children
We had a great two weeks vacation this year! Everything was for us: fully equipped in the kitchen with the dishwasher. Outside on our balcony is an attached barbecue area. There we could enjoy cozy privacy every evening, even though we were virtually surrounded by neighbors. Our landlady is an intelligent woman who was always ready to help. The beach / promenade can be reached in two minutes. I recommend, recommend, and recommend this to everyone.

Hello, we spent a two-week vacation in the House Monty's apartment in Malinska in June 2019 (family of 4). The apartment is like the pictures, clean, tidy, well-equipped (microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, air conditioner). Very near to the beach. We have been to Croatia 3 times, and this is the coolest apartment in which we rested. The owner is very nice. Super contact. I can confidently recommend it to everyone. Agata from Krakow

We were using both apartments A4+1 and A4+2 during our stay in Malinska and we highly recommend this house to everyone. Both apartments are very comfortable and nicely furnished, well equipped. We loved the view from the balconies and the grill. What we appreciated mostly is the short walking distance to the beach. The owner of the apartments is very friendly and willing to help. Malinska is a beautiful place to stay during a summer vacation – plenty of various beaches, clean water, walking paths along the sea, restaurants. The place is located not far from several historical towns and tourists attractions of the Krk Island so we had opportunity do some sightseeing and trips. We were impressed by it all and wish to come back again.

Very familiar and nice apartment. We had opportunity and a pleasure to stay in apartment for a two weeks . From a garden side it is not a regular ground floor, it\'s rather a low first floor indeed. Nice and quiet neighborhood was an advantage. We had a great time, as Malinska gives a good localization for a round tours throat Krk island. The listing gives an accurate description regarding the location, layout and etc. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Owner, it’s kind and helpful person. Shop and a quiet Croatian cafeteria in a close vicinity. Surely recommend. June 2015
