Completely furnished apartments Josipa are located in the famous tourist destination Malinska. The facility is located at Kapela 10. It consists of 2 one-bedroom apartments and 3 studio apartments. It is located at 700m from the first beach, ie 1 300m from the center, which means that you will be spending a really good vacation here as we guarantee to live in a quiet part of Malinska where there is no noise. It takes 10 minutes to get to the first beach and to the center for 20 minutes. Parking is provided in the natural shade. The property has a large back yard with a barbecue and a small children's park. In the front yard there is a garden where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables depending on the season (cucumbers, pomellos, plums, melons, watermelons, grapes, kiwi, etc.). We also offer homemade goat's products, honey, olive oil and brandy.

Reservation of the apartment is made by payment to the account - 30% of the total amount. Ideal departure time is until 10:00 am and arrival time is 14:00 (for cleaning). Each guest pays a one-time fee of 3E per person. For stays of 1, 2 or 3 nights the price is increased by 30%. Pets can also stay in our apartments - the price is then increased by 5E per day.

Rocky beach All apartments have free internet access, TV and SAT. Each apartment has air conditioning, and it is NOT charged extra. The welcome drink is included in the price. Since we have a large back yard, you can park your boat or a camping trailer with us. There is also a small children's park (swings, swingers, sandboxes) in the shade. You can also take your pets with you. In the center of Malinska you can have fun every evening (evening of folklore, klapa, feast ...). You can go on day trips such as excursions to nearby islands (Cres, Pag, Rab), depending on your interests.
We were family (2 + 2) in June 2016 a week in this apartment. Very nice we were surprised. Everything looked better than the pictures. Free wifi, air conditioning. Hosts very helpful. We were beautifully welcomed (water, drink, beer). I would recommend.

We were in the apartment at 6 months with a baby of 13 months. I was delighted with the bosses and the apartment. Unlike most, here we get clean towels and new toilet paper, cloths, scouring and detergent, detergent for dishwasher. All! We were very pleasantly surprised! I must say that apartment looks even more beautiful than the pictures! On the terrace, which is huge, we enjoyed! Basically, all praise! :-D

I, my wife and our 5 year old grandson were this year for the second time in this apartment, and it was again, despite not so great weather, a fantastic holiday! The apartment is spotless in all areas, a renovated bathroom with super huge shower! Beside the house is a barbecue where we with a bottle of Pivo what have delicious prepared us in advance. Now is also a small playground with swings, sandpit, slide, etc. available for our grandchildren. The owners are very hospitable, you just feel completely comfortable, almost like home! This year holiday here was to presuper. We knew that going into the apartment with wonderful people since we stayed last year.
