Villa Malina is an apartment house located in a quiet part of the village. It has three modernly equipped apartments of 50, 55 and 60 m2 with separate entrances and secured parking spaces in the yard. Each apartment has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a covered terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, kitchen towels, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, electric stove, toaster and dishwasher. Additional equipment includes internet connection, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and hairdryer. A free baby cot is available on request. For stays of 10 days or more, a 10% discount is available.

An advance payment is required as a confirmation of the appointment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay by payment to the giro account. The remaining amount is paid 15 days before arrival in the apartment. Arrival of guests at 16:00, and departure by 10:00. The guest does not have any additional costs.
Residential tax is included in price.We refund the advance payment in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the first day of the scheduled reservation.
