Petrak Apartments are located in a detached family house with two apartments, each occupying its own floor, which ensures privacy for each of the users of the individual apartments. The house is surrounded by a fence that encloses the garden with a courtyard and free parking for a total of 4 cars on the street side and a fenced garden behind the house. There is a possibility of renting the entire house upon request (both apartments at the same time), which is especially convenient for two or three families vacationing together. The house is located about 250 m from the center of Malinska and about 300 m from the city beach. The shop and gas station are about 150 m away, as is the nearest restaurant. The barbecue is located in the courtyard of the house and is shared by both apartments. The apartments have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Air conditioning for cooling and heating is located in both apartments.

Very pleasant holiday accommodation in a quiet environment. Beaches, shops, restaurants, waterfront and other facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. With very kind and helpful hosts, it is a great place to relax and enjoy.

It was the first time we stayed in Petrak's apartment and also in Malinska. Everything was according to description. Very, very clean with all required equipment (even coffee machine was there). We were very satisfied with everything related to apartment and also hosts (Srebrenka and Aljosa) are absolutely friendly and helpful people, very very kind! Apartment destination from sea, city center, shops or fish market was suitable for us, just a small walk. Malinska is a very nice, quiet and clean holiday place and you can choose each day to be on different beach. Recommend to get some cash with you as there is a fee for cash withdraw from ATM in Malinska. We stayed two weeks in apartment and do not used a car once. See temperature was very warm even Malinska is on the north part of Croatia. I highly recommend Petrak's apartment and hope we will visit it once again.
