Casa Luka Vareški is a small house located on the edge of the small town of Veliki Vareški, on the southeastern coast of Istria, only 5 km from the beautiful beach of Duga Uvala, and 18 km from Pula. The house was built in 2007 and completely renovated in 2018. On its own fenced garden of 720 m², the guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 31 m², an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with electricity. grill, covered terrace with dining table, and 2 parking spaces. The house is ideal for 2-4 people with or without a pet and consists of an equipped kitchen with a small dining table, one bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed for two people, a shower/ TOILET.

Payment and terms

Guests can stay in the house for a minimum of 7 days. The change of guests is only on Saturdays. Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, the guest is obliged to pay an advance payment of 30% within a maximum of 5 days, by which the reservation is definitely confirmed. The balance up to the full amount is paid no later than 30 days before arrival and the start of using the reserved service. For reservations made within 30 days before the start of using the accommodation service, the entire amount of the reservation must be paid within 24 hours. Payment for reservations made within 30 days before the start of using the service must be confirmed by a written (e-mail) confirmation of payment. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over his travel and personal documents to the person who will hand over the keys to the house/apartment, register his stay and immediately return the personal documents. Arrival is mandatory between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, while departure time is usually by 10:00 AM.

Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
