The apartments are located in a separate building renovated in 2020, which has only 4 apartment units - each studio apartment for 2 to 2 people, in a quiet area surrounded by Dalmatian greenery. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom (double bed 160x200), living room (with pull-out bed 140x200) with kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, hob, microwave and stove and other necessary utensils), bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned and has free WiFi. The balcony is wonderful for morning coffee with the rising sun or in the evening with a glass of homemade wine and the light of the Marine Bay. In the yard it is possible to sit in the shade of olive trees or parasols surrounded by olive trees, fig trees and other native Dalmatian greenery. Parking is provided in the yard. Accommodation is located near the town center (5) with shops, post office, bakery and pharmacy, as well as an ambulance and dental practice and restaurants and cafes, near the old center with a historic tower-symbol of tradition (10)

Payment and terms
Payment possible to a bank account (IBAN), using PayPal or cards via PayPal. me. The reservation is paid in the amount of 50% of the price. The expected time for possible entry (check-in) is after 3 pm, and the expected time for exit (check-out) is until 10 am. It is exceptionally possible to enter after 11 pm (with prior notice, if possible) or to leave before 6 am (with prior notice and agreement).
Residential tax is included in price.

In case of cancellation: - more than 30 days before arrival, 80% of the advance payment / reservation is refunded - more than 7 days before arrival, 50% advance payment / reservation is refunded - 7 days before arrival and less, no advance payment / reservation refund

In the wider area of the Municipality of Marina there are 3 bike paths (check on the website of the Marina Tourist Board), and not far away are other famous historical places such as Trogir or Primosten. The marina is located halfway between Šibenik and Split (approx. 40 km) where it is possible to explore the charms of Dalmatian cities. Recommendations for day trips are the waterfalls of the river Krka, the source of the Cetina or the exploration of Svilaja or Promina.
