The apartment is 50m2 in size. It consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen connected to the living room, entrance area and balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor in a building with several apartments and has a parking space in front of the building. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a bed for two adults in the living room. The entire apartment, especially the kitchen and bathroom, are equipped with all the necessary appliances and items for a pleasant stay. The price at which the apartment is rented includes: stay in the apartment, all costs for electricity, water, air conditioning, all tourist taxes, bed linen, sheets, towels and all kitchen equipment and dishes. Food and meals are not included and there is no possibility of additional payment for food or meals. The building is located in a quiet street, without much noise. Nearby there are several restaurants, cafes and travel agencies, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore, bakery, ATM. The city center is about 500m away, the main beach is about 1000m away

This summer we spent 10 incredibly wonderful days in an apartment by the sea and we simply couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted by dear Marija, who won our hearts with her exceptional kindness and hospitality, and her attention to detail was extraordinary. She thoroughly introduced us to the apartment and everything we needed to know about it, and we had everything we needed for our daily needs in it, which made our stay much easier, we felt at home immediately upon arrival. And not to mention the beautiful gifts she prepared for us, both for us and for our children. That gesture genuinely moved us and made our arrival even more beautiful. Our stay in this apartment will leave lasting memories. A great hostess, a beautiful apartment and an incredible location made this vacation unforgettable.
