Beautifully and very neatly decorated apartments in Pješčana Uvala, only 300m from the sea. The center of Pješčana Uvala is also 300m away, where the first restaurants are located. With each apartment, there is also one parking space on our land, which is fenced. Photos for apartments StudioA1, Studio A2 and Studio A3 are identical, that is, the same, because the physical design of the apartments is such that all three apartments are exactly the same in terms of equipment and square footage. Studio Apartments A1 and A2 are located on the garden side of the house, and Studio Apartment A3 faces the street. Between the terrace and the street there is a beautiful part of the garden with a rich lawn, so it is sufficiently separated from the street.

We receive reservations in written form by e-mail by sending an e-mail message. The advance payment is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The most ideal time to arrive is on Saturday after 2 pm, and the ideal time to leave is before 9 am. For each reservation, we take a deposit of €150 for all apartments, which we return to the guest upon departure! We offer the possibility of paying bills with Credit or Maestro cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Maestro.

The place is clean and tidy in the garden, the rooms are nice, the host satisfies all the requests. It helps in everything. It was a tiny thing I did not like. On arrival, in addition to the room rate, the room was cleaned for another 25 Euros for the owner, which was not included in our correspondence and nowhere in the prospectus.

Our great disappointment
Such guests, like these three families with Mr. Zsolt Horvath, would never let me enter the apartments, that I knew they would behave. They dumped the grids on the grilles, drank the garden light as they wanted and liked them (without questions), left untreated barbecue in the garden, also left a dirty table on which they ate in the pavilion beside the grill, with the rate dropped by the firefighter just because they took it off, thinking it was some kind of camera that could make them, but the trash did not even know how to sort it out, so they separated it. At our pricelist we have everywhere emphasized that final cleaning is charged, and if such guests do not know how to communicate with the host because they only know the Hungarian language, then their problem. Such guests like these can be found everywhere, who do not know how to behave culturally and who impose some of their discipline on their regime and the rhythm of how we behave. First, you should learn basic and fundamental forms of culture and behavior in a foreign country, then talk about something. I saved an e-mail for Mr. Zsolt, whom I did not send to his address, I was waiting, and it is good that I was waiting for him to come first. I would love if he could read my comment.
At Pjescana Uvala I spent 2 weeks with my family. The village is quiet, has a rocky and partly pebbled beach, but there were days when it was quite crowded. The beach was about 10 minutes away. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. It had a large space - 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area. In the kitchen was a dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare meals were very clean. Overall, I am very happy with the holiday.

Comfortable apartment
Thank you very much for your positive feedback! The Bernadette family was very correct and for some of the shortcomings that occurred at the beginning of their stay was the reason why they were the first time in Croatia so they needed little time to get used to.
