The Jakoplić family house is located in Medulin. There are a total of 7 apartments in the house. Three apartments are located on the first and three on the second floor. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a small kitchen with a sofa bed (1.50x2m). Each apartment has a bathroom and a terrace, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. One apartment for 4 people with a living room and two bedrooms is located on the ground floor, the apartment has a small yard with an outdoor table and barbecue. Each has an LCD TV with satellite channels and wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). The apartments have air conditioning and a parking space for each, bed linen is included in the price, as well as two towels per person per week. The beach is only 500 meters away.

For a full reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid to the host's bank account. Pets are welcome, the surcharge is 5 EUR/day. For stays shorter than the minimum number of nights specified in the price list (4 or 5 nights), a final cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. Check out is until 10am, Check in from 4 - 8pm.

Medulin is nice family destination. Apartments Zagar are very close to the beach (5-6 minutes walking), and corresponds to photographs and descriptions from their web site. Our host Jelena give us all informations about beaches, restaurants and sights we need to see during our 5-day holidays in Istria. If I can suggest maybe it will be good to have towels in apartment, even just for hands, but rest was fine. I recommend.
People looking for peaceFamilies with children
I booked for a week at the end of June. After two nights the landlady kicked me out for no reason. You probably had double bookings because you don't have your reservations under control. On my day of arrival she had prepared my room for three people and asked me where my friends were. But my acquaintances booked another room in the Zagar a week later ... !!! In line with this, the unfriendly landlord canceled my acquaintances by email. So if you want a relaxing vacation without complications, do not book in this accommodation.
We stayed a week in July. Perfect reception, Jelena does not know Italian but speaks English very well and ...... we understand each other. We stayed in 4 (2 adults + 2 big boys) in the ZLATA apartment which reflects exactly what you see in the picture. Clean, tidy, with wifi, air conditioning and parking space. The only flaw is that the double bed is positioned in an area of the attic that when you get up you risk taking it a headboard and that the nets (even if visibly new) have not held my husband's weight and we have repeatedly had to reinsert the slats that came out of the offices. The position of the apartment is perfect for the sea (you go comfortably on foot) and for the center that offers various opportunities in the evening. We were recommended by Jelena and for the whole period we went to Premantura Kamenjak which I recommend to all sea lovers the wonderful one !!! Medulin is a country, which offers everything suitable for families with children but also for young couples. I saw that it served, also by public transport. We will certainly return.
