The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, ample private parking at the main entrance and a garden with barbecue. In the lower ground floor is a 130 m² large recreation room (with games and training equipment, washing machine and dryer). The apartment has a loggia with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m² large and 1, 50 m deep community pool with overflow, outdoor shower and enough pool chairs. The pool is heated to 26 degrees. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. The apartment has 6 bikes (mountain bikes) and 2 kayaks for 2 people plus 1 child (all included in the price).

The house consists of 2 duplex apartments, which may use the pool, recreation room and barbecue. The landlord lives in the neighboring house and takes care of the pool, recreation room and garden. Changeover day: from 15. 6. 2019 until 7. 9. 2019 Saturday, otherwise flexible. Check in from 16:00 - Check out not later than 10:00. Deposit: 20% by bank transfer. Remaining 80% not later than 35 days before the arrival date. Cancellation fee: from 35 days before the arrival date: 20%, 0 - 34 days before the arrival date: 80%. Between 22:00 and 8:00 please be respectful of neighbors.

Rocky beach The apartment is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova Bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.
After a long search on the internet I noticed this wonderful apartment. I took me some time until I realised what was in the description. Everything you need and many extras you do not find elsewhere. Price performance is simply unbeatable. We were 14 days from 07.07.2012 to 21.07.2012 here on vacation and did not actually want to go home. Photos and details are absolutely correct. The sea is a crystal clear, the pool had no chlorine odor which is also hard to find. The house features are perfect and the cleanness is top class. The small town of Milna is well worth a visit due to its many restaurants, small vessels, etc., especially on the weekends. About the owner family: not only they speak perfect German but they are always there when you needed them, very loving children (the owner himself has two children) and of course the best grandma and grandpa one can imagine. I can confirm from personal experience. Also, we have decided to come back on departure.
