Dear guests, our vacation is a bit special. We are a secluded house, surrounded by natural greenery and olive trees. You have peace with us, the distance from the main road is 1.5 km, and from the center of Nerezine 3 km. At your disposal as guests is a spacious parking lot, a wide area in front of the apartment (200 m2) where your children can freely spend their time without worries. You also have an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a table with a bench and chairs under the shade of the reeds where you can have breakfast outside in peace. You can buy our homemade olive oil and liqueurs with us. If you like a slightly "wild" environment, if you don't mind the sheep that walk in front of the apartment in the evening and wait for you to throw them a piece of bread or vegetables, if you don't mind the cats that lie on the surrounding walls, if you like wide open spaces, then this is the right place for you. Only our family lives here and we will do our best to advise you where the most beautiful beaches and restaurants are, in order to make your stay as beautiful and enjoyable as possible

25% deposit upon booking. The balance is due the day before arrival on a bank account or in cash on the day of arrival. We do not accept credit cards. Prices are per night. Pets are allowed only on request. Upon arrival, documents are provided for inspection for entry into the e-visitor system, which we will promptly return. Departure by 10 am, arrival from 4 pm onwards. In case of early arrival, it is possible to leave luggage.

Rocky beach Near our house there is a trekking trail that leads to the top of our small mountain Osoršćica (588m), which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding islands, so you have the opportunity to hike in the morning (it is a 1-hour climb on foot) and then swim in the sea (the nearest beach is 6 minutes by car). In Nerezine you have a shop, pizzeria, restaurants, pastry shops and cafes, a hardware store and souvenirs. We also have a 500-year-old Franciscan monastery, a pharmacy and a tourist clinic. There is also the possibility of renting boats. The town of Mali Lošinj is 16 km away and has a truly rich and diverse offer of facilities and entertainment for all tastes. Various beaches, from pebbly to rocky, exceptionally clear sea, a wide choice of boat trips to nearby islands, a rich offer of shops and restaurants. Lots of cycling and walking trails and the beautiful Čikat pine forest, various sports facilities and outdoor recreation. Apoxyomenos Museum and evening music on the Lošinj square.

Definitely the best place for a successful vacation I've ever been. Location, house, hosts, apartment, surroundings... Everything deserves it. If it were possible to give 10 stars, it wouldn't be an exaggeration at all. The best proof is that you have to book your vacation with Mrs. Lina early, because there's no shortage of willing people. We'll definitely come back.

The location of the property is perfect for those looking to escape the city and find a little bit of peace. Olive groves, sheep, crickets, walking trails and beautiful beaches nearby will fascinate all lovers of nature. We also especially liked the local cat Teodore who become our cat for the week. Everything is on an especially high level, from the apartment itself to the hospitality of our hosts. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
