Our property boasts secured parking and private entrances to each apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort. Payment and terms
Arrival time is from 16:00, and departure time is until 10:00. The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total agreed amount, and the rest of the money is paid on the day of arrival. Tourist tax is included in the price. Upon receipt of the funds, we send a confirmation of the reservation. A damage deposit of €200 must be paid upon arrival. This fee will be collected in cash. The deposit will be returned to you upon check-out. The full amount of your deposit will be returned in cash after inspection of the accommodation facility.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
Reservations canceled up to 60 days before arrival are refunded in full (100%). Reservations that are canceled between 60 and 45 days are refunded in the amount of 50% of the advance payment. For a period of 45 days before arrival, the refund of the advance payment is not possible, regardless of changes or cancellations. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
