The coastline and concrete beach with boat connection are in front of the house, and the sandy beach is 300 m away from the house. In Potocnica you have the opportunity to enjoy your dream vacation, while Novalja will provide you with a crazy and unforgettable entertainment.

Ideal arrival time is after 2 pm and departure until 10 am. Advance payment is 30% of the total amount and is paid into the account as confirmation of the reservation. The rest of the amount is to be paid upon arrival.

I stayed for a month with my family. The house itself is pretty plain but well equipped - microwave, dishes, towels... We spent most time on the big front porch and on the beach. We didn't use TV often. There's a great stereo in the apartment so the music was always playing. The neighbours were so nice and helpful, and the owner explained how to get to the nearest store. The downtown center is pretty far away and takes a car ride but it worked for us since we didn't go out much. What I think is totally worth the price is the proximity to the sea - the house is on the shore and has its own private beach with mooring so we brought our little boat. Overall, we enjoyed the sun, the sea and falling asleep with the sound of waves.

This is an ideal location by the sea, with private beach, without noise (if you want, you can drive a couple of miles to the mirror), they hear only the waves and seagulls, with a beautiful garden, well-equipped, with WiFi and TV and sound system for those more demanding, with a covered terrace which means a lot when it rains and when it's sunny, most importantly, the hosts are very friendly. What do you see in the pictures in the ad, so it is realistic. The facility is very clean and tidy. The sea is very clean. If you want sports, you can ride a bicycle. You can walk, drive or bike to explore the peninsula Luna and the whole island, to buy from the host oil and olives, to visit the park of old olive tree, or for dinner in a great restaurant in Novalja or to a party in Zrce. If you want a holiday where you can really rest and relax, and highly recommend the facility and very friendly hosts.
