Arrival (check-in) after 2pm (2pm) / Departure (check-out) until 10am (10am) Payment can be made to a giro account, and reservations can be made by phone and e-mail.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

When reserving the facility, the guest is required to pay an advance payment for the apartment in the amount of 50% of the total price, which guarantees a smooth stay and reservation. If the guest cancels, the advance payment is not returned. Final cleaning of the apartment (cleaning fee) 60 EUR / paid upon arrival at the apartment. A security deposit of 200 EUR is given upon arrival at the apartment with a confirmation and signature and is returned upon departure if everything is in order.
