To reserve accommodation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit is paid through a bank account. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the facility in cash or by payment to a bank account (as well as a deposit). If the reserved date is shortened for justified reasons (illness, accident, etc.), and the early departure is after 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure, the guest pays the full price for the specified day. If the reserved period is shortened without justifiable reasons, the guest pays the full price for the reserved period.

All reservations canceled up to 30 days before arrival are entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled up to 15 days before arrival are entitled to a partial refund of the deposit in case the same time slot is filled with other guests. Reservations canceled less than 15 days before arrival unfortunately lose the right to refund the deposit.

House rules: Accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. It is prohibited to destroy equipment and furniture, cause disorder and disturb other guests, and it is especially prohibited to create noise (loud music, emitting sounds of any kind), which disturbs other guests in the house and the neighborhood. It is prohibited to bring additional people to sleep in the facility who are not guests of the facility. Such a violation means immediate cancellation of accommodation in the facility without refund of the money paid.
