There is a communal swimming pool with a small garden and parking available by the building.They are located in a quiet part of Novalja, but only a 2-minute walk from the beach and promenade. It is a 20-minute walk to the center of the town, and 10 minutes to the nearest store and restaurant. The apartments are designed for demanding guests - they are beautiful and comfortable, premium type, equipped with modern appliances and high quality furniture, and the decorative elements are handmade.
