Villa Petra & Sanja (Villa with pool) is located in Novalja on the beautiful island of Pag, set in the middle of a garden, surrounded by olive and palm trees. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi, parking space, comfortable and modernly furnished rooms. All air-conditioned apartments include a balcony with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All apartments have a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 6 apartments with one or two bedrooms are available for booking. Just a ten-minute walk to the sandy beach and the coastal promenade leading to the center of Novalja. Other beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches are the most beautiful on the Adriatic and are only a few minutes away by car. A taxi stand is 10 meters from the property. The famous ZRĆE beach is also nearby.

After your inquiry, we will send you an OFFER with our bank account number. For a reservation, you need to pay 25% of the total accommodation amount to our account. After payment, we will send you a BOOKING CONFIRMATION. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. A damage deposit of EUR 250.00 must be paid upon arrival. This fee will be charged in cash and will be fully refunded if there is no damage, after an inspection of the apartment upon departure. Check-in to the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., and check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, and the refund of the deposit will be returned to your account.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Everything needed for self-catering was provided. The dishwasher was also a real bonus! The beds and mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on, and they were clean and smelled fresh. We were there with two children and everyone felt comfortable. The pool is also great and pleasant. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and are not at all pushy. Everything just like a vacation should be. Many thanks to Stanka and Krunoslav. We will definitely come back :-)

Everything was very good. The apartment was clean, excellent equipment. Beautiful and clean swimming pool with a large yard and seating area. Very nice and helpful owners. Thank you for a nice holiday. I definitely recommend it.
