I recommend this apartment to everyone, Mrs. Ruža is very kind and accommodating and really made an effort. The location of the apartment is great, everything is nearby, the beach is literally 5 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is neat and tidy with everything you need for a vacation. And the yard is a real little paradise, especially for a family with children. See you next year!

Beautiful ambiance. The room is clean and tidy. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The garden and grounds are beautiful. A real oasis of peace, yet within easy reach of the center and the beach. This was one of our best vacations. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Everything was great and flawless. Very good and easy contact and service. The house is fantastically nice and clean, the rooms as well. A few minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the beach. All praise and we recommend this place.

We spent 5 days at this fantastic accommodation. Cleanliness, location, the accommodation itself, the host are all 10 points/5 stars. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! Unfortunately, an accident interrupted our vacation, because my knee was twisted from a wrong move. The host even brought a walking stick, medicine, anti-inflammatory cream, and a knee bandage within 10 minutes. He immediately answered all our requests and questions! Thank you and we will definitely come again next year.

Our stay at Villa Oliva was wonderful! The accommodation is exceptionally clean, tidy and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The house is located in a quiet street, but close enough to the center and the beach, which suited us perfectly. The yard is beautifully landscaped, full of shade and greenery, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The hosts are extremely kind, hospitable and available for anything you need - we felt right at home. The entire ambiance exudes warmth and attention to detail. A wonderful place in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. Clean sea, lots of greenery and shade. Accommodation a few minutes from the beach. Peaceful and clean, decorated with a lot of soul and love. Nothing flashy, but hearty, with antiques in the hall of the house. Lots of flowers and shade in the garden. Pleasant to enjoy and rest. With welcome drinks and cheers, the real vacation begins. We will come back again in larger numbers. The rose is welcome in Novi Sad in Dunjin cvet!

We have been vacationing here for 4 years. Wonderful accommodation, clean and tidy rooms, unobtrusive and accommodating owners. A wonderful garden in the yard, for everyone who loves peace, a family idyll. Ideal for children. Everything is within reach. Beach, center, shops. Definitely recommended for anyone who really wants to rest and recharge their batteries.

We spent 12 wonderful days at Villa Oliva. We extended our stay here twice. The accommodation was in all respects as described. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The garden is a miracle! It is located next to a busy main road, yet it is a quiet place to rest, thanks to the abundance of plants. The beach is really a 5 minute walk away. Our host is a great host. We stayed as two families with two little girls from August 15th to 25th. Everything was perfect! A nice welcome, seriousness, punctuality. The apartment, the linen and the dishes were all very clean. The very nice apartment is surrounded by a large well-kept garden and the incredible thing is just a stone's throw from the sea. We have been spending our holidays in Novi Vinodolski for many years, we know the place very well but, we had never realized that the external wall hid such a beautiful place. The proximity to the sea is top! Mrs. Rûza is very kind!

We stayed in Villa Oliva for 2.5 weeks and were very satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything we need. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The villa is very centrally located. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the old town with its numerous restaurants and shops. The price is unbeatable and we always had someone to contact on site. Thank you very much, dear Ruza.

We stayed in the apartment in June this year, we were very satisfied with everything. The accommodation is located right next to the hotel, a busy street is right next to it, but there is so much greenery inside the building that no noise from outside can be heard. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The garden is something wonderful, flowers, a small pond, benches, green areas to spread a blanket and enjoy, space for children to play, whatever wonderful. In the apartment itself, there are enough dishes and utensils for all needs, there is even a mixer, which is rare, 3 air conditioners, TV, beds and pillows are comfortable enough. Everything was very clean and fragrant. The landlady was very kind and available when needed, she was not at all intrusive. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent accommodation, all clean and tidy. A spacious house surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances a family needs. We were greeted by the friendly landlady Ruža, who treated us to beer, juice and a bottle of wine. All essential amenities are close to the apartment and there is no need to start the car once you've had a spark. The only drawback is too much light in the living room at night, there are no dark curtains or blinds, so sleeping in the living room is a little disturbed.

So, all praise for orderliness, cleanliness and orderliness. As the object itself and rooms as well as the entire garden, which is large and beautiful. We stayed in apartmam 4+2 with three kids and all of us were absolutely satiafied with everything. Big, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with beautiful garden outside, plus safe parking place. Perfect access to nice beach , close to promenade, restaurant, shop. We will come back for sure, we are in Croatia every summer and this was the best apartment we have ever had

Excellent accommodation. Although we were only there for the weekend, I would definitely recommend a longer stay. Clean and tidy rooms, beautiful surroundings around the house, close to the beach and parking. An extremely friendly hostess, who is willing to please her guests as much as she can. I found Villa Oliva by accident, and it turned out better than planned. I needed a few days of rest and here I had everything I needed, a beautiful house surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful yard, barbecue, small fountain with fish, parking and only a few minutes from the main beach. A kind, hospitable owner was waiting for us. Orderly, clean, family apartment that meets all needs, equipped with everything. The garden and yard are wonderful. Everything can be reached within a short time - downtown, beach or even restaurants.

We were extremely satisfied and have already booked for next year. Very friendly landlords who fulfill almost every wish. A special highlight I have to mention here is that the landlady even wanted to reimburse us for the days that we had to leave earlier for personal reasons. We are really looking forward to our holiday there next year.

Two rooms with very comfortable beds. Very close to the beach. There is also a large garden with tables and a large grill. Below is also a clearing where you can also spread out with a blanket. Overall a great place and nice owners, I recommend it!
