After many years, the Old Villa is again in the tourist offer of Novi Vinodolski. The villa has 4 rooms in the main house and one apartment in the auxiliary house. We offer a large terrace with a fireplace for preparing a barbecue, and a large hall that guests can use for eating meals or simply for watching an important game together. A large garden surrounded by greenery gives a special atmosphere. Each accommodation unit has one parking space. The villa is located in the greenery above the main city beach, surrounded by a high wall that gives guests a sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the city. It is located so that everything is within reach within 50 to 100 meters.

We were extremely satisfied and have already booked for next year. Very friendly landlords who fulfill almost every wish. A special highlight I have to mention here is that the landlady even wanted to reimburse us for the days that we had to leave earlier for personal reasons. We were able to spend a week full of experiences in the villa Oliva! It is in a very good location, close to everything, with a beautiful garden. The rooms are nice clean and tidy.
