The house is located in a quiet part of town, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the city center. Apartment 1 has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining room and a balcony. Apartment 2 has its own terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Apartment 3 has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and 2 balconies. All three apartments have air conditioning. A barbecue is available to apartment users. Registration and tourist tax are included in the price. Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total price to the landlord's bank account. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. The price includes parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Arrival after 2:00 PM and departure by 10:00 AM The price increases by 30% per night if the stay is shorter than three nights. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher). Note; upon arrival, please present your ID cards or passports to the owner for registration in E-visitor.
