Beautiful, clean apartment with two balconies, fully equipped. A big advantage, especially with children, is the washing machine. The sea is just down the hill. The garage parking space for the car is also a great bonus. A cat and two turtles regularly greeted us in the garden. The owner is a very nice lady who is willing to help with everything. As a family with children and a dog, we really enjoyed our vacation.

This year we are staying here for the second year in a row. The decision to return was very easy because we had a really wonderful time last year. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two adults and two children (our children are 10 and 5 years old, but it can easily be comfortable for older children). It is equipped with everything you could need during your vacation - it has a washing machine and dishwasher, a large bathroom with a spacious shower cabin, a new and very comfortable corner sofa that easily converts into a bed, a large refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a large balcony. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, which is especially convenient for families with children. We would especially like to commend the owner Gordana, who is extremely kind, warm-hearted and always ready to help. We feel at home here and that's why we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree vacation!

We are a family of 4 and have been in Novi for 13 years, but this is the first time in this apartment. What I liked the most was that it has a garage. What I like the most is that this apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher and even an oven, which is very rare in apartments. The apartment is in the center and the temperature is very bearable during the day. It is big enough and has everything you need. Not to mention the owner and her father-in-law. Really friendly people, where you feel like you are at home.
