For the first time we stayed in this accommodation and in Novi Vinodolski this year, our impressions are fantastic! The accommodation in the first place is so clean, tidy, beautiful, in a great location. You have everything you need, even a needle and thread! The landlady is a wonderful woman who is there for every service and help, I don't have enough words to praise her. The location of the apartment is excellent, in about 10 minutes of easy (very easy) walking you are in the center. It is close to all markets, restaurants, pharmacies, DM and the like. For our first experience, the rating is 10000/10. We will come again and thank you.

This summer we only managed to go on vacation for six nights. Two years ago we spent our first vacation in Vinodolski. We liked both the sea and the location of the place itself, so this year we spent our vacation there again. The accommodation we found is worth every recommendation. Matilda is a very kind and cultured woman, she explains everything in detail and warmly welcomes and sees off guests. Everything is clean and tidy. The facility is in a quiet part of town, not far from the center and shops. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and by car you can also go to the surrounding beaches, as well as the city. Recommendation, for those who come by car and like a beach without crowds - Povile, 4 km from the accommodation. There are parking spaces, the water is clean, a shower on the beach, a toilet and a cafe. Nearby are Crikvenica, Selce, Krk... and you can reach Trieste in a little over two hours. I found this accommodation years ago, and since then we have returned every year, sometimes several times during one season. Matilda is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful host. If we wanted a program, he always recommended something, a museum, an excursion, in surrounding towns. He also sent links when there was an event in the city. He also found a car mechanic. He accepts any request or question with a smile and helps enthusiastically with everything. The apartment, towels, and bedding are always spotlessly clean and fragrant. Air-conditioned room. My boyfriend and I decided to go to the seaside for the weekend, Novi Vinodolski was one of the closer locations, considering that we were only staying Saturday and Sunday, we were just looking for some accommodation to spend the night. This room is located in a large house, 7 minutes walk from the center and 15 minutes to the beach (20 minutes to San Marino beach with an island across the street). The room has excellent air conditioning, although it is very comfortable even without air conditioning, a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the city, a bathroom that is not even small, cleanliness and friendliness are at the level. In front of the room is a fridge that is shared with the neighbors, on the ground floor there is a summer kitchen with everything you need (especially a kettle), there is shade in the parking lot. All in all, perfect for a night or two. Matilda is an excellent host, ready with directions to every place and beach and available whenever needed. The only thing is that the city is boring, the beaches are with huge stones that you can barely get into the sea, but there is an excellent large park with deep shade. On the other hand, Crikvenica is close, so it is a better option for young people in the evening.
