Excellent accommodation! We stayed in a studio apartment, but we had the opportunity to see other apartments as well. Everything is very neat, clean and has absolutely everything you need. Mrs. Žana is an extremely accommodating and kind person. The accommodation itself is in an excellent location. It is located a few minutes from the beach if you go on foot and from the very center of Novi Vinodolski where there are restaurants and bars. Shops such as Lidl, Konzum, Studenac are all nearby, while there is a bakery opposite the accommodation. Parking for cars is provided, while for those arriving by bus, the bus station is also in the immediate vicinity, i.e. just a minute's walk away. We will definitely be back!

We were 4 adults with 2 small children in the A3+2 and were very satisfied. The owner Zana is very friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful. A microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, ironing board with iron and a hair dryer. Another advantage is that there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The next thing that won me over was the deal with the owner which was very quick and easy. We spent in this apartment 10 days. Everything reached our expectations. Very nice and helpful owner Mrs. Zana, very clean, good equipped kitchen, bathroom and rooms. Every room has a separate air-conditioning and TV. Nice garden with good equipment for kids (basketball, table tennis, mini football gates and other), place for barbecue and sitting place outside. The apartment is located just 5 minutes on foot to center of the city with restaurants and shops and one min to the bakery and seaside. We recommend this apartment as fantastic. However, we are able to decide quickly because time is approaching our leave. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Ana, very friendly, pleasant and hospitable. Although we stayed in a studio apartment (four people) we had found everything we poterbovali. The apartment is very orderly and clean, as well as its surroundings. Located in the perfect location. I agree with previous comments - apartment had everything needed for a holiday. The hostess was very friendly, on arrival we were led on a tour of the place and took care to be satisfied. All very professional, which unfortunately is often not the case in Croatia. The house is in a good location, 5 minutes from the beach, the same distance from the center, and a few minutes from the bus station. It has a beautiful large garden with a swing (great for kids). The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed - microwave, kettle, toaster, TV .... Fruit and chocolate welcome, which is a nice gesture. All is new, very clean, well equip (dish liquid, rag, soap, toilet paper) Also close hanger including plover is available. On the top of this standart I was welcome by fresh fruit and cold bottle of wine :-). Žana kindly answered all my questions in regards the area and also took me and my dog for walk to show me surroundings which makes my vacation even simplest. The house has a big garden which is disposal to their guests, only you here the noise from the sideroad. The sea is approximately 2 minutes by walk but I did preferred with dog different area where you could find much more private place, this beach was accessible max 5 minutes by car but easily to walk also (this beach was showed to my by Žana also). Town center is app. 5 minutes walk, also Lidl store with EU standart level is about 3 minutes by car, bakery is just across the road. Originally I was looking for accommodation in Selce which is nearby Novi Vinodolski, after I went for a trip to Sence I was happy that I had chosen Novi and Family Džak apartments. Sence is much more busy,beaches full of sun beds & sunshade. You can have a long walks along the sea also I saw many people running on those pathway. We had a great stay at beautiful woman Djak and your family. We were greeted warmly, even drinks, fruit and wine were already cool for us. Woman Djak all week took care of us very nice (severe weather warnings, asking if we are missing something, tips where you can go swimming, etc.) and was available to us for questions. The apartment was exactly as described and perfectly equipped of the dishwashing, on platelet plug + Gelsenkirchen, garbage bags, toilet paper .... all there. Also the dishes for her min. 10 pers. equipped. The terrace is very large and nicely shaded, with a small square in the center, with trees and hammock ... all very clean and well maintained. The washing machine was very handy (drying rack on the terrace), satellite TV and DVD player were also very convenient for the children, as well as the shutters to darken. The apartment was very clean, so we really in good conscience, the kids could run around everywhere and can touch everything, even in the bathroom! The own parking space in front of the door (not public) was also great. The two separate air-conditioning in bedroom and living room. The apartment is located exactly between the old town and beach. To the main beach about 5 minutes, to a smaller beach (which has us even more like Personal.) There are a small "secret path" just 2 min. At the main beach there is a large playground for children, beach volleyball, boat rentals, ... plenty of restaurants, ice cream, ... also an area with sand, but there is the entry into the water on ladders so we have not actually used the area. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas for rent (we did not use). At both beaches you can lie back in the shade under trees. Both the main beach and the beach there is a small area with stones, where the kids can play on the water. There are all the type Sichen for Croatia concrete surfaces to lie. The small beach there is no food, sea urchins, etc. we could not discover. Nevertheless, the children wore some slippers because walking is easier on the stones. To the position of course you can hear the car noise, because the apartment is so centrally located. The terrace lies in a courtyard and the apartment is very quiet with windows closed.

We can spend two lovely days in Crikvenica, and the fantastic success of this property was involved. It's just like the other reviewers have described. It was thought of everything imaginable. The air-conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated to the last detail and were a pleasant cool retreat when noon outside the blazing heat of the sun became unbearable. Also the hospitality of the owner, we were pleasantly surprised and grateful for all the tips they gave us. This accommodation we can recommend to all those who want to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a perfect location. We are looking forward to going there.

This was our second year in a row at the Fam Djak and can only recommend ... Fantastic holiday ... Man arrives and can leave the car (a dream) ... I personally find this priceless .... City 5 minutes on foot, 5 minutes on foot beach, baker 1min on foot ... Accommodation including air ... For us it is, we'll be back ... We have felt very comfortable in the apartment of the family Djak! A very open and friendly family! The apartment was in perfect condition! The location of the apartment is perfect! Five minutes to the beach, the city also just five minutes! There are a lot of restaurants where you can eat varied! The shopping area is ideal in a coffee or iced coffee also to stroll or to relax. It is also to make so glorious an evening stroll along the beach promenade. We are now the second time in the apartment and will certainly continue to come here! It's just nice that you can leave the car and can walk to everything. I rated times relaxing holiday where you can let your mind wander. It is only recommended!
