The apartments are located in a great location in Novi Vinodolski, approximately 350m from the beach (suitable for children and adults), the Lišanj hotel, park, promenade by the sea and the city center. The apartments are fully equipped. Each apartment has its own entrance, balcony or terrace with a sea view, garden, shared outdoor pool. *We are open from 28.04. - 15.10. (seasonal). - In the house - with swimming pool on offer: 5 family apartments (2 larger and 3 smaller), terraces/grill, 2 outdoor showers, toilet. Parking in front of our house (1 parking space per apartment), WI-FI. *Parties for young people are not allowed! *First min./Last min. PRICE is valid for 2 adults + 2 children

We accept reservations throughout the year. For reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit (advance payment) = 200 Euros by agreement, the guest pays the rest of the amount upon arrival, cash, we do not accept bank cards. The prescribed time of departure of the guest from the apartment is up to 10 am, entry into the apartment is from 3 pm. Please inform us of the time of arrival. Air conditioning is included in the rental price! We do not accept pets. The rental price includes the use of the POOL, bed linen, towels, cutlery, cooking utensils, electricity, water. Tourist taxes and fees are included in the price, as well as WI-FI, parking. The minimum stay in the apartments is 3 nights, for a shorter stay (e.g. 2 nights) - surcharge = 30%. *Note: upon arrival, please present your ID card or passport for registration in E-visitor. *Note: Cleaning surcharge per apartment 30 - 50 E one-time. *Note; upon arrival, the guest is obliged to leave a deposit of 150 E (in case of damage), the deposit is returned on the day of departure

I miss that view, now. !!! The apartment is well stocked, everything is there except for an iron and hair dryer, you have to bring it with you. Everything is furnished with taste, modern and clean. A star deduction, because there is no air conditioning in the room under the roof, the fan could not withstand the heat. Mrs. Svob was very nice and helpful. It wasn't far to the beach. And to the city center, where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafés in the evening, are also only 5 minutes away. Konsum Market and bakery also in the city center. Lidl is also available in town. Parking spaces were also there. All in all I can only recommend! Greetings to the Svob family!

Me and my family spend wonderful 10 days here in 2014 (apartment 6+1) and can't say more than we really recommend!!! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and modern. Luxurious!!! I've never found a better place to stay and always compare other places to this one. My children (boys: 3,3,7) didn't want to leave the apartment and prefered it to going even to the beach! Amazing view on island Krk from a big balcony!!! The host very nice, friendly and helpful person. Surely will come back here one day. And as I can see from the photos - Suzanna you did a great job with the rest of the apartments and the pool and everything!!! Looks fabulous!!! Family Apartment "LAVENDER" cod: 29449 of this year has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Now it's really big and nice apartment (100m2). By the apartment Lavender on the same floor, we arranged new apartment named "Rosemary" cod: 44619 for 4 1 person. In the house no. 1 (where there are other apartments) we created a pool in the backyard. Guests of the house 1 and house 2 can use the pool, the service professional classical massage, home GYM. Ljetovali smo u apartmanu ove godine, upravo smo se vratili i odmah da napišemo da smo prezadovoljni. Sve je odlično, ali pogled s terase je nešto što se rijetko gdje može naći, sa svakog prozora iz apartmana se vidi more! Najljepši dio odmora su predivna sunčana jutra na terasi uz kavicu i pogled na more. Hvala obitelji Švob, vidimo se sljedeće godine.

This year, my family was staying at the family Švob in App Lavender. We did not regret a second. The apartment is located in the center, on foot and we went to the city and to the sea. Features at a high level, they have everything you need, even for longer holidays (washing machine, dishwasher ..) As for the hosts themselves praise, Ms. Susan is unobtrusive and very nice lady. Stayed in the apartment for 7 days and I just can not describe my satisfaction ... apartment deserves a rating 5+ All clean, tidy, furnished with great care and love ... view of the sea, close to the beach, the center .. ideal for rest and relaxation. The apartment has absolutely everything ... new dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle TV, soap, towels ... Frankly this apartment can not be measured with the 90% seen and offered at other locations !! If all goes as expected, and next year I'm with you !!

We were last year with family Švob in the apartment "Lavender" and we were very pleased. The owners are friendly, everything is clean, tidy, balcony on the just the perfect thing. I do not have words for such a nice apartment, and so affordable price.
