The price of the apartment does not include an additional person. The supplement for an additional person is €20 / night. The price does not include final cleaning and is €70 per stay. The price includes a tourist tax. On the day of arrival, entry to the apartment is after 3:00 PM, on the day of departure, exit by 9:30 AM. The landlord, Villa Laurus, upon request from the guest on the website, by email, telephone or otherwise, makes an offer for accommodation in the Villa Laurus apartments. The offer contains the total price, expressed in € (Euro), for accommodation in the requested period. The reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 30%, via bank transaction. Upon receipt of the payment, Villa Laurus delivers a confirmation of reservation (Voucher) to the guest. The remaining money is paid upon arrival when checking in to the Villa Laurus facility. If the guest shortens the contracted stay for personal reasons, the amount of the contracted stay will not be reduced. The guest is obliged to take care of their belongings brought into the accommodation. The landlord is not responsible for the guest's property.
Residential tax is included in price.The guest is obliged to notify the Lessor of any change or cancellation of the reservation in writing (e-mail) or via the WhatsApp mobile application. In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed reservation for private accommodation within 24 hours after making the reservation payment, - provided that there are more than 60 days left until the arrival date, the Lessor will, upon receipt of the request, refund the amount paid to the Guest within 7 working days. - provided that there are less than 60 days left until the arrival date, the Lessor will retain the entire amount of the advance payment. We found the place 5 years ago during a last minute vacation. The two of us went with my son, who was only 5 years old at the time, and we had an amazing time. Every year we return once, or if we're lucky twice, and we're never disappointed... We almost go home there, but it's no wonder that Zeljka treated us like family members almost from the first moments thanks to her directness. Any request we had was met. They always had up-to-date information about any program we wanted. There is no question that we spend a week there every summer because of them. There is always something new and every year we get something extra. The "feel like home" feeling is really true!!! I can only recommend!!!

We visit Apartment Tonkovič for a third year. Super accommodation, owners and clean beaches. Apartments are located 50m from the sea. From our apartments is a beautiful sea view. This year we were the second time, 31.12 in 2015 we spent New Year in Apartment Tonkovič, it was great. And secondly, we were now again in April super. Owner has done for us all above the framework of possibilities so once again thank you and everyone who wants to visit Croatia suggest Novi Vinodolski and accommodation in apartments Tonkovič. We were already several times in the "Tonkovič Apartment ". The house is perfect for a holiday. Have it all you may need on vacation. Clean, spacious and very close to the beach. The hosts were friendly, kind and on at our disposal. The town is very charming, it has everything you need for a holiday. The shops are well stocked, there is a LIDL, which is very favorable to the Hungarians. In the evening there is a center. On the beach there are jet skiing, parasailing, ertc. I can only recommend to everyone.
