House \ Neo \ is an original old stone house (3 stars) whose interior was completely renovated in 2019. It is located in a unique location - less than 200 m from the center, and in a quiet (dead-end) street without traffic. The whole house is one accommodation unit consisting of a living room (with a large corner sofa bed), kitchen with dining room, 1.5 bathrooms (one with shower, one without) on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a smaller, and on the first floor a large (20 m2) partially covered terrace with a view of the greenery, and partly you can see the sea. The house does not have its own parking, but a place is reserved for you in a private parking lot about 100 m from the house. Due to the proximity of the center, all facilities are close: cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc. The beach is a pleasant walk of 7-10 minutes, and in Novi Vinodolski you can find all kinds of beaches - pebble, concrete, rocky, those with lots of shade and those with lots of sun.

In case of cancellation for other reasons, if you cancel 30 or more days before the planned arrival, the advance amount will be refunded in full. For cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded.
