The apartment consists of one double room for sleeping, kitchen, bathroom, living room with dining hall (with 2 extra beds) and 2 balconies overlooking the sea. The apartment has a reserved parking space (for 1 car). The building which houses the apartment has a nice yard with a spacious lawn for play and stay for children. About 300 yards on foot, visitors can choose between beaches with all the necessary amenities (coffee and sandwich bar, playground, toilets, showers, . . ) and beautiful natural pristine beaches.

• The price includes tourist tax, bed linen, towels, cleaning, utility bills, parking place and 5 GB Internet package. Every additional 5 GB package costs 7 EUR. • For a stay of 2 weeks or more to a discount in the amount of 5% of the price indicated in the price list. • Minimum stay is in A season 7 nights, B season 3 nights and in C season 3 nights. For shorter stays will be charged an additional amount of 30% of the price stated in the price list. • When booking, paid a deposit of 25% of the agreed rental amount (Paypal/bank account). The remaining amount of is to be paid upon arrival at the apartment. • Typical weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. • Deposit is 50 EUR and is returnable at departure.
