The 2-person apartment Cherry is on the ground floor, in the annex of the family house, and has a separate courtyard entrance. The 3-person apartment Olive is located on the first floor, is new and has been rented since 2023. With prior notice, furniture and equipment for working from home can be made available in this apartment. Each apartment has one parking space in the yard and a separate balcony with a sea view, and the beach with a well-maintained entrance to the sea is located right next to the house. The apartments cannot accommodate families or groups of more than 2 (Cherry) or 3 (Olive) members, regardless of whether they are adults or children. Within the allowed capacity of the apartment of 2 or 3 people, children are welcome, but the accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed in the apartment. From June to August, the minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days (from Sunday to Sunday), and during the rest of the year the minimum stay is 5 days. We offer a discount for early bookings made by January 31st.

In June, July and August the minimum stay is 7 days with arrival and departure on Sundays. Reservations are made with a 50% deposit, while the rest is paid in cash upon entering the apartment. Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. onwards Check-out: until 9:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.If the stay is cancelled at least 30 days before the planned arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is made at a shorter notice, we offer guests the opportunity to use the entire amount for a new reservation in available dates in the current or next year according to the valid price list for that new date.
