Villa Antoni is situated in the peaceful village of Gata in the natural, rural and mountain area only 10 minutes drive to the beach and a small Mediterranean town of Omis. The property includes two apartments that we offer as a single unit with a private pool. Accommodation is arranged for a maximum of 10 people (6&4) It is a modern house, new built and well equipped, and the apartment is on the first floor and the singular is offered. For better understanding of spatial organization we offer Apartment No. 2 and No. 1 as 1 & only unit: Apartment No. 2 (4&2 persons) has two bedrooms (one room with one double bed and one with 2 beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment No. 1 (2&2 people) has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor is a room with exercise equipment with bathroom, also for guests. There are two balconies and a terrace, and a private outdoor swimming pool, which has a thermal blanket

Ideal arrival time is from 4pm and departures are by 10am, shifts on Saturdays. If you choose to booke, within 10 days period you would be kindly asked to make payment in amount of 30% of the total amount of the account owner, and the remaining 70% is payable on arrival.

Rocky beach You would be only guests in this house. You have a private swimming pool, a room with exercise equipment, outdoor, traditional barbecue, playground for bowling and lawn with swing. Linens and towels are also included. This is an excellent choice for families, elders, adventurers and groups of friends because the location is in a quiet environment and is well equipped and offers plenty of space, and is near the town of Omis (5km), river Cetiina where you can try out rafting, zip line, canyoning, free climbing or just enjoy the beautiful environment that offers a river canyon. The city of Split with its old part, UNESCO Diocletian\s Palace that you see is only 21 km away, or half an hour drive, you can always find something for every taste
I highly recommend villa Antoni. We were there in August 2016, the apartments of a very high standard, very clean, the pool very well maintained and clean, friendly owners, highly recommended.
