The apartments are located in a secluded, quiet settlement of Ivašnjak (Lokva Rogoznica), right next to a pebble beach (2000 m long) with absolutely clean and unpolluted sea (there is no sewage system anywhere). The facility is located in the first row of houses by the sea. The property has a garden in front of apartment AP1, and the whole is surrounded by an orchard from which you can also help yourself to fruit (figs, jujubes, pomegranates). A shower is installed in the yard in front of the house for use after coming from the beach. Parking for 5 cars is located right in front of the apartments, and for another 5 cars we have parking 10 meters away from the house. The facility is located 5-6 minutes drive from Omiš, the center of the Omis Riviera, and 30 minutes drive to Makarska, the center of the Makarska Riviera.

The terms of payment are: advance payment of €100 per apartment, the rest in cash immediately upon the guest's arrival. Check-in: 12:00 p.m. Check-out: 09:00. A deposit upon arrival in the apartment (security deposit) is not required. The reservation will be considered completed only upon receipt of the advance payment. The use of air conditioning is €5 per day.

Pebble beach Upon arrival, the hosts Marija and Josip will offer the guest a welcome drink (included in the price). The hosts do not live in the facility, but visit it every day. Thus, they are available to the guests as much as possible, without at the same time disturbing their peace and comfort. It is possible to avoid the high cost of consuming indigenous dishes in a restaurant by preparing them on the grill of the terrace of the building, in which the hosts provide wholehearted help.
