The house is an oasis of peace and quiet away from the noise of traffic and human noise. The house is 30 m from the beach and 40 m from the sea. The only thing that disturbs perfect peace is the chirping of birds and the sound of waves. The apartments are air conditioned and equipped. In the yard in front of the house is a barbecue at the service of guests and parking next to the house is included in the price of the apartment. The shop is about 350 m from the house and the sports field 300 m. The city center is about 3000 m and there is a pharmacy, gas station, clinic. The bus station is about 600 m from the house.
