Payment: 20% deposit at the time of reservation, 80% of the rest is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The deposit is paid directly to the owner's account. The ideal time of arrival to the apartment is after 3 pm, while the ideal time of departure is before 10 am. Villa with pool (large apartment type A 12+4), is a separate building. All other apartments (type A 2+2, Studio +2, and A 4+2) are located in a long separate building, which is 6 meters away from the villa with a swimming pool.

Parking is provided for all apartments right next to the villa. Beautiful pebble beaches are 30 meters from the villa. The pool is exclusively intended for the use of the large lux apartment type A 12 +4 (villa - detached house), the other apartments cannot use the pool.
