When booking, 30% of the price must be paid to a foreign currency account in euros. The damage deposit is 100 E, which is returned to the guest if nothing is damaged during the stay. Laundry is charged 10 Euros per 1 wash, the owner does the washing. The rest of the money is paid upon arrival at the facility in euros. If desired, the entire amount can be paid in advance, to a bank account. Upon arrival, a Passport or ID card must be presented for scanning and guest registration. Arrival at the facility from 15:00 to 24:00. If guests arrive before 15:00, they can park their car for free and go to the beach or have lunch until the apartment is ready.
