Located in our villa built in 1903, surrounded by greenery and a large garden, only a short walk from the center, the beach, the promenade Lungo mare, parks, shops and bus stop. Quiet location, ideal for rest and relaxation throughout the year. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a parking space in our private garage. Welcome!

For reservation is required to pay 30% of the total, while the rest is paid upon arrival. Apartment 2 2 for each additional person surcharge is 10EUR. A stay of 2 nights, the price is 30% higher. Supplement for pets 5 € per day. Parking is provided in our garage. Time of arrival at the apartment of 14 hours, a time going up to 10 hours. If you need a different time of arrival or departure, please contact us. We'll get to meet when possible, depending on availability of the apartment. Smoking is not allowed!
