Our house is located on the southern side of the Pelješac peninsula, in the idyllic town of Orebić, surrounded by the mountain of Sveti Ilija on one side and the beach on the other. Centrally and at the same time quietly located, with a sea view from the balcony. Numerous beaches, shops and all everyday needs are easily accessible on foot. Even without a car, you can choose from numerous restaurants and cafes with regional cuisine along the beach promenade or in the historic old town of the island of Korčula, which is 15 minutes away by boat. Those who like to cook for themselves can use the modern and fully equipped kitchen in the apartment or the barbecue in the garden and spend the evening in a pleasant atmosphere on the balcony. The house was built in 2016. It has four holiday apartments of 50 square meters. The apartments are bright and decorated to a modern standard, with cozy and comfortable accommodation. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony of 15 square meters. The house has a garden with olive and fruit trees, a built-in barbecue and parking. Two apartments on the upper floor are for rent.

The historic island of Korčula ("Little Dubrovnik") is only a 15-minute boat ride away, the wine-growing region on Pelješac offers the possibility of wine tasting at wineries, and in nearby Viganj you will find windsurfers and kite surfers. At the entrance to Orebic there is a Camp, where you can enjoy various sports activities.

We were at Mr. I did it twice in a row and it was wonderful. I recommend it to everyone who wants a peaceful break, the apartment has everything (and more) you need, the house is beautiful just like in the pictures. Mr. Senad is a great host, everything you need can be found either at his place or at his wife's place. We are definitely coming back sooner or later. Everything is at your fingertips (sea, beach, restaurants, cafes,...), if you don't want to be sorry. Korčula is also nearby, 10 minutes by ferry or mini boat. For all those who love kitesurfing, Viganj is 7 km away.
