Our CasadiGioia apartments are located in the 500-year-old town of Peroj. In the soothing environment of olive trees, those who enjoy the sights of Istria need not worry, since the apartments are 15 minutes' drive from Pula and 30 minutes from Rovinj. If one of the apartments is occupied, you can visit our other apartments Genco, Toto, Romina and Dagmar. CasadiGioia apartments are the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty that Istria has to offer :)

The complex of apartments CasadiGioia, consisting of apartments Genco, Romina and Dagmar, is located on the ground floor, while apartment Toto is on the first floor. All our apartments have a private entrance :) We are 700 meters from the beach! Upon arrival, guests pay a residence tax of €1.5 per day per person. The price of the stay does not include €70 cleaning costs so that our future guests can enjoy clean apartments, just like you :) If you have pets, know that they are welcome! The fee for a pet per night is €15 (five fees). After you pay 30% of the price of your stay to our account, your reservation is confirmed, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than before arrival at the accommodation.

Pebble beach The apartments consist of 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 toilet equipped with a washing machine, 1 bathroom with a toilet, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher, a living room, a terrace with a garden, a common summer kitchen and a parking space. They are equipped with modern furniture, air conditioning, WiFi and Smart TV. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. If you get tired of preparing meals in the apartment, you can grill in the common garden or bake in our summer kitchen! :)
