Parking is right behind the house - partially in the shade of kiwi trees. Guests have table tennis in the yard in front of the house, and 2 outdoor showers. The house is 70 meters from the Pinija hotel (use of the hotel beach is free), in an area with a century-old pine forest of Pinija. Pets are not allowed. The arrival time is according to the guest's wishes (there is always one of the hosts at home). The apartments are furnished no later than 2 pm on the day of arrival (usually earlier, depending on the number of departures on that day), and it is possible to arrive earlier, leave the car in our parking lot, and use the time while the apartment is being furnished to go to the beach, take a walk, etc. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am (by arrangement, it is possible to use the private parking lot after 10 am, i.e. until the end of the day). Payment model: for reservation, it is necessary to pay about 15% of the total price, the rest is paid on the first day of arrival, to see that everything is in order with the apartment and the surroundings.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation (on your part) of the agreed reservation, there are 3 options: a) If you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, we will try to find a time that suits you in the same season (with 100% utilization of the paid advance payment) b) If it is not possible to find an acceptable time in the same season - it is possible to use 50% of the advance payment in the following year. c) We are happy to refund the advance payment, but only in the event that we fully reserve all days of the time that we have kept for you until the moment of cancellation on your part.

I am very happy to have gotten to know this beautiful place. I can only say positive things about the owner, he is very helpful, we were two families with children, we had a great time, great accommodation, barbecue facilities and the children could play very well in the yard.
Beautiful apartment (high attic), thermally insulated, spacious, tidy, perfectly clean and air-conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped, as if you were at home, with complete dishes and accessories. The distance from the apartment to the sea is a 1-minute walk, ideal for children. Beaches, heaven of God! Small place, lots of shade, no crowds. The owner of the apartment is always discreetly available to guests, very hospitable. Secured parking for all cars in natural shade. Nights without fuss, traffic and noise! There is no complaint except that we did not book more nights. Honest recommendations for these apartments and beaches! We're coming back again!

We spent 2 weeks here and there is probably no better place in Petrčane for a vacation. The apartment is perfect, very well equipped, evenings on the large terrace with a beautiful view are unforgettable. It is so close to the beach that you can easily go swimming at dawn (and the water is the best then) and come back for breakfast. The town is small, but it has everything you need to spend a quiet, pleasant holiday here, and a trip to beautiful Zadar is just a few minutes away by car or even by bus - the stop is right in front of the house. And the owners of the house are undoubtedly its great asset - friendly, smiling and helpful in everything. Borys took great care of us, responded quickly to every request, organized everything and answered every question, and was simply a very nice person. Thank you very much once again for this amazing time in your home and I hope that we will come back to you in the future whenever we are in Petrčane.

What I liked the most is that soon after entering the sea there is sand, which gives a great feeling for swimming. My son enjoyed diving. They also played in the water. It is great for young families, as well as for slightly older children, and also for those of us who like a more relaxed holiday. Perčans satisfy all tastes. There are two bars on the beach, ice cream, pancakes, .... All in all, this location was the best for me so far. With Mr. I have already made arrangements with Boris for next year.

Neat, decently decorated and extremely functional accommodation. The hosts are extremely accommodating and cordial, and what delights the most is the location - a minute or two's walk to the nearest beach, and within a five-minute walk there are several different beaches, something for everyone's taste. It takes just as much easy walking along the promenade to get to the center of this nice Dalmatian town.

Although I have been vacationing in Petrčani for years, this time I am very satisfied in every way. Although the apartment (studio) is small in size, it met all my expectations, as the owner showed in the pictures - it is very functional, with plenty of storage space, with a fairly large kitchen that is equipped with the necessary appliances. However, first of all, I prefer the location where it is located, so it is only 5-10 minutes away from the beach I am going to, so it was not a problem to go back for lunch, rest a little, and then go swimming again. The owner was very accommodating and helpful in every way (even though there were no problems to deal with), so I will definitely come again.
