The apartment is located very close to the beach, where there is always enough space in the shade or in the sun. You can also quickly get to the center of Petrčani, where there is a shop and bars. The apartment is located in a quiet area, is very clean and is well equipped with everything you need for a stay, only the balcony is small. Upon arrival, a cold welcome drink was waiting for us. The owner is always available if you need anything and is extremely friendly.

We spent an unforgettable summer vacation at Mr. Boris's place, who welcomed us with a big smile, warm hospitality and a welcome drink. His kindness and attention to every detail made our stay perfect. The accommodation was extremely neat and comfortable, and it can be seen that the gentleman invests a lot of effort in the maintenance and cleanliness of the space. He was always available, we felt at home, and our needs and wishes were his priority. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly environment for your summer vacation, you will certainly find all that and more at this gentleman's place. In the last couple of years, we have stayed in various apartments in Croatia by the sea, and we have to admit that the Adria apartments have been one of the best so far. Everything was neat, clean. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cold welcome drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, kitchen towels and a set of towels for each person, which are changed twice a week. The owner of the apartment was very kind, and always ready to help and have a nice conversation. If we vacation in Petrčani again, we will definitely choose these apartments.

The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Petrčani. The distance to the coast is 2-3 minutes on foot, and the hotel beach is a little further, about 5-10 minutes, the apartment is very well maintained. In the event of a breakdown, the owner, Mr. Boris, is at your disposal for everything. He is extremely kind and friendly. I definitely recommend staying in this apartment to people who want peace on vacation. Our group has been visiting this facility for about 20 years in a row.
