Apartments Martina and Zara are located in the small town of Petrčane, 12 km from Zadar. Our apartments are located 50m from the beach and the sea, which is suitable for children and has a pine shade. We offer our guests a large grill in the yard with a table and chairs for use and an outdoor shower. The apartment includes wifi, air conditioning, TV, secured parking in the yard, washing machine. On the ground floor of the house is Luigi's house (pizza, burgers, grill, pasta). Shops and the town center are a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is a 2-minute walk away. Opposite the house there is also a playground for children. For children there is an aquapark, a park with swings and slides on the beach, a mini disco at night. There are restaurants, cafes, restaurants... Apartment A4 is currently renovating the rooms, so no new pictures have been posted!

We stayed at Martina and Zara's apartment in Petrčane and we can say that we are extremely satisfied with the overall stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and very well maintained. Everything was prepared for our arrival, and the accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and carefree vacation - from a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine to comfortable beds and spacious rooms. As parents, we were thrilled to receive their homemade fruit or vegetables during our stay. This is a huge plus because it is important for all parents that their children eat as healthily as possible. The hosts were very kind, warm and always ready to help or provide useful information. We felt welcome from the first day, which further enhanced our holiday. We were also delighted by the excellent location. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and in the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, shops, the town center, a post office, and numerous opportunities for walking, cycling, and other sports and recreational activities. Everything we needed was within easy reach, so we hardly ever used the car. Petrčane is a beautiful and peaceful place, ideal for a family vacation and relaxation by the clear sea, and this apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality accommodation in a great location. After such a pleasant experience, we will definitely come back again and with great pleasure we recommend Apartments Martina and Zara to anyone planning a summer vacation in Petrčane. The stay in the apartment was really great! The apartment is clean, tidy and nicely decorated, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, ideal for a vacation. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful and always available if you need anything.
