Our modernly equipped apartment offers everything you need to feel at home. We are located in a quiet environment, only 400 m (10 min walk) from the Starine beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious terrace. Ideal location for exploring: We are in a perfect position for excursions: National parks: Krka and Kornati are within easy reach. Cities: Vodice (10 km), Šibenik (19 km), Zadar (49 km). Connectivity: Zadar Airport (50 km). ******** Long-term renters are welcome in the winter period, from 1.10. to 1.5.. The apartment can be rented exclusively during this period, for a period of at least one and a maximum of five months, for two people or a couple with an adult child. Utilities (electricity, water, firewood and garbage collection) are paid separately, according to consumption. The apartment is suitable for winter stay with wood heating. Electric heating is not sufficient, especially due to the increased humidity in the winter months.

Reservation conditions and house rules: Reservation: Advance payment is 30% of the total price and serves to confirm the reservation. Payment: The remaining part of the accommodation price is paid in cash (EUR) on the first day of arrival. Arrival and departure: Entry to the apartment is possible after 2:00 p.m., and departure until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us of your arrival time in order to hand over the keys and introduce you to the apartment. Registration of guests: For the purposes of registration at the Tourist Office, please provide us with the information of all persons staying in the apartment on the first day of arrival. Taking care of the space: Please leave the apartment tidy when you leave. You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence and are obliged to compensate it. Please note that when you leave, we do a brief inspection of the apartment.
Residential tax is not included in price.The deposit is 30% of the total price and serves to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the deposit is not refundable. We stayed in a very nicely decorated apartment. The premises were spacious and clean. We were delighted by the huge terrace with the natural shade of the local trees, so that we enjoyed the fresh air with the smell of Mediterranean plants and the sea in the silence and tranquility of Priovac. We parked our car in the shade of an olive tree in front of the house where we were staying. We only had a few minutes to walk to the beach. A pebbly beach with concrete jetties is suitable for all age groups, including small children. It is also not difficult to find shade on the beach. The host Tanja is an extremely open and friendly woman with whom it is very pleasant to communicate. So that I can only praise everything. We will definitely be back. It was great.

Dear friends, we stayed here for 2 weeks and we are delighted with the simplicity and warmth of the apartment, the house, the city and the wonderful hostess Tanja. Words were not needed in communication because the always smiling and kind Tanja easily entered our hearts. I would highly recommend everyone to experience this living fairy tale for themselves while resting in this wonderful place. Cleanliness, hospitality, proximity to the sea and other cities convinced us to come here again. Mrs. Tanja, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts that we had the honor to meet you and be your guests. We are sorry if we forgot to write something here, but 5 stars are too few for such a wonderful experience.

We were first delighted by the parking in front of the house, in the shade. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with all essential appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, and even a washing machine) and the apartment was extremely clean. A large refrigerator, with as many as three freezer drawers, essential for us for ice creams and cooling drinks. Next to the large terrace there is a tree that provides shade all day long, and blackbirds come to sing on it and you don't hear annoying crickets at all. There is enough space to hang all our towels. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, and colorful oleanders bloomed along the way. so it's a real pleasure to watch them. The sea is clean, the beach is not overcrowded, there are several cafes along the coast. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center, it's full of restaurants, plenty of ice cream cones. The owner is extremely kind, unobtrusive and we hope to meet again in the off-season.
