Our house with 5 accommodation units available is located in Pirovac, near the town of Sibenik. Accommodation units are distributed on 2 floors of the house, on the ground floor of which we are as your hosts. Our accommodation units exude a blend of tradition and modernity, with the main guiding thread being to breathe new life into everything old and dilapidated and modernize it. Each accommodation unit tells its own story, it is up to you to decide which story you belong to. Each of them has an equipped kitchen, bedroom, at least one bathroom, space with TV and terrace. All units are air conditioned and have all the necessary devices to make your vacation carefree and pleasant, and if you miss anything, the hosts are at your disposal. In front of the house we have provided you with free parking. The house is 200 meters away from the center and to the beach Lolić.

Pebble beach Pirovac is located in the deep bay of the Adriatic Sea and Lake Vrana and for that reason it always has 4 degrees warmer sea than other places. The climate is mild and suitable for staying at any time of the year with a large number of sunny days and extremely mild winters. In Pirovac you can enjoy long walks in nature, cycling, sports and recreational activities, try diving, fishing and get to know nature, but also cultural goods and gastronomy, which, as in the rest of Dalmatia, is extremely rich and special. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, pizzerias, beaches, shops, market, gas station, post office, marina and bike paths. Only 20 kilometers separates you from the county center, the city of Sibenik, where you can miss a handful of entertainment, cultural, historical and natural beauties, but you can certainly enjoy the gastronomy, concerts and the like.

Thank you to our dear and kind hostess Sonja and her family for a pleasant and wonderful stay in Pirovac. The apartments are impeccably clean, tidy and you have everything you need in the apartment. For anything else you need, Sonja is there...just ask. Truly...high level service. The beach is only two minutes away from the apartment, as is the town center, so everything is very close and you don't need a car at all. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed in Modul19 apartment A4 in Pirovac, hosted by the wonderful Sonja. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, with two bedrooms and large terraces—perfect for enjoying shared meals and unwinding with a panoramic view of the Pirovac marina. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and the town center. Even though it’s centrally located, it was wonderfully peaceful at night, allowing us to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh sea air. Sonja was an attentive yet discreet host, checking in via message to make sure everything was fine, which gave us both comfort and privacy. We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches—like having coffee, spices, and even aluminum foil available. Those small details really elevate the experience and show how much she cares about her guests. We truly felt at home and would happily return. Highly recommended!
