Our Villa Sentio Mare (Apartments Livaić Željko) contains newly renovated studio apartments and apartments with a swimming pool. We are located right next to the main beach Lolić, which is less than 100m away. The beach is pebbly, blue flag for clean sea, ideal for families with children.

We had booked three nights, but left after the second. The apartment wasn't bad at all, and it was generally clean, but there were a few things we didn't like. - The smell in the stairwell takes some getting used to, to put it kindly. - The bed creaks and squeaks with every movement, making sleep impossible. Even the new mattress doesn't help. - There seems to be no siphon in the bathroom - The house is very noisy. - The nearby beach is dirty and unkempt. Unfortunately, we didn't like Pirovac. We've been vacationing in Croatia for 25 years and know there are definitely nicer places.

Dear Jasemin. You asked for a refund and after we didn't pay you, a bad review is coming. When you expressed your dissatisfaction - the bed creaked - why didn't we offer you two apartments. One larger and more expensive. My husband said that the bed was good for him, that he had no problems. We did everything to make you comfortable. Wasn't the dog with you? In 11 years, no one has left us such a messy apartment full of hair. Which led us to not accept their arrival from next year. Therefore, we thank you for coming and reviewing.
The apartment is worth a vacation, the owners are great, kind-hearted, positive, friendly,.. Cleanliness, order, location, everything is really top notch, we will come back, it was great.

We highly recommend this studio, which has everything you need. It's very close to the beach and bar, and has a spacious pool cleaned daily and a jacuzzi. Nice and very helpful owner We recommend it and will definitely come back

We found Apartemen Zelijki on the Internet. From the beginning there was very good contact and comprehensive answers to our questions. While driving, our child got sick, and while on the way, we had directions to a pediatric clinic that Zelijka had sent us. After arriving at the place and a short conversation with the owner, we knew that it was a good choice. Very nice, smiling and friendly, she speaks English very well, so we spent a lot of time having interesting conversations The apartment was clean, well-kept, had everything you needed. The pool is cleaned every day, the water is clean, there are grapes and figs to eat in the garden. Very close to the beach and the center. Peace and quiet, an ideal place to relax. We were a larger group in several apartments. Each apartment is clean, tidy and well-kept. A brilliant base in every direction. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants that are in the center. Pool and jacuzzi very well maintained, cleaned daily. A great place away from the hustle and bustle. If you like quiet places, this is something for you. I recommend it with a clear conscience and I warmly greet the hosts !!!

We stayed for a week and we can say that the apartment was very neat and we felt like home. Everyone from Livalić family is very friendly and welcoming and the beach Lolić is excellent. We have gained new friendships with the Livalić family. The Livalić House also has a swimming pool that is always clean and tidy. we see the second summer.

We were in Pirovac for the first time, and as a small town with exactly the right number of shops, the inn with the beautiful beach Lolic impressed us ... that we are not talking about the house only Livaic - very spacious, clean apartment and besides all + there is a swimming pool because the sea was cold ... In the house of Mr. Livaica, we were the last week of the sixth month ... the apartment was great for 4 people, everything is clean, it also has a dishwasher ... big terrace !!!
