The two bedroom app consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and two large terraces. In front of the house there is free parking. The facility is 5-6 min walk to the central beach Lolić (which has a blue flag) as well as to the very center where there are shops, markets, post office, banks, cafes and restaurants. Throughout the summer, various cultural and entertaining programs are held in the center. Makirina, a natural bath with healing peloid (medicinal mud), which with its quality and composition surpasses all the localities in Croatia, is located in the southern part of the Pirovac Bay. Near Pirovac there are also NP Kornati and PP Vransko jezero, and some twenty km away NP Krka.
