Detailed description

Apartments Martičić are located on a family estate in Podaca, famous for its clean sea, mild climate, beautiful beaches and a long tourist tradition. The distance from the sea and beach is only 10 meters, far away from the crowd and the main road, making this location a very interesting for families with small children. The beach is pebble with lots of natural shade that make pine trees. Behind the beach stretches a newly built 5-kilometer walkway ideal for evening walks and relaxation, but also for tourists who prefer more active holiday with a running, rolling and cycling. All 3 apartments have separate entrance, air conditioning and wireless internet access (WI-FI). Five parking spaces are insured within the property surrounding the house.

Payment and terms
Tourist tax is included in the price. Water and electricity consumption, wireless internet and parking space are included in the price. Advance payment is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. The balance up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival. Advance payment is made by depositing money into our bank account. Check-in: after 15:00 h Check out: until 10:00 h
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
-Canceling reservation within 7 days after the payment of the advance payment (no later than 2 months before the beginning of the stay), the 95% of the advance payment will be returned. -Canceling reservation no later than 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the 85% of the advance payment will be returned. -Canceling reservation within 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the owner is not obliged to return the advance payment. -If the guest does not appear at the destination until the end of the first day of the stay (and does not notify the owner about the reasons for the no-show), the guest loses the right to accommodation and the return of the advance payment. There is always a possibility that the guest finds an alternative guest for the same reservation, but the guest has to inform the owner a few days earlier about that. If the guest leaves the accommodation before the agreed date, the owner retains the total amount of the money. -Canceling has to be via e-mail.
