The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining room, one small balcony and a large one with a sea view. It is located on the 1st floor of the house and covers an area of 100m2. Each bedroom has a double bed and a third bed, as well as a separate bathroom and air conditioning. It is 80 meters from a beautiful concrete beach, and only 200 meters from a natural pebble beach located in the Vala bay. Podaca is connected by highway to cities such as Makarska (30km), Split (98km), Dubrovnik (115km), and nearby is the sanctuary of Međugorje (55km), Kravice Waterfall (65km), and the city of Mostar (85km). It is connected by a promenade to nearby towns such as Zaostrog, Brist and Gradac. Guests have free parking, free WiFi and use of a shared fireplace. The apartment is rented as 6 + 1. A deposit of 35% of the rental amount is required as a confirmation of the reservation, and is paid into the bank account according to the landlord's instructions. The rest of the rental amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash. Arrival time is from 14:00, and departure time is until 10:00. Tourist tax is included in the price. There are no additional payments. Internet and one parking space are free. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or balcony.

The owners Marica and Martina are very kind and helpful. Apartment is very nice and clean. The accommodation is in a good location, close to the beach and bakery. Everything was great!
