Comfortably furnished new apartments in a quiet tourist settlement Podaca located 30km south of Makarska, air conditioned, have 1-2 separate balconies overlooking the olive grove, or on the hills, the sea and the nearby islands. Beside the house is parking for guests cars. It is not necessary to cross the main road on the beach route. Approximately 3 minutes walk down our street leads you to the beautiful natural, exceptionally clean pebble beach that will fascinate you with the crystal clear sea and shade of pine trees. On the other side of the place is another beach with several restaurants, cafes and pastry shops.

The prices for accommodation are 7 or 13-14 days, for the second period price on request. The price includes parking, air-condition and internet wireles. Arrival time from 14.00, departure until 9.00. To make a reservation, you pay 20% of the total amount and the rest on arrival. Laundry service on request, at extra charge.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Podaca. The village is very calm, and at the same time is an excellent starting point for trips (Park Biokovo - Mountain St. George, Mostar, Kravice, Dubrovnik, Makarska). The apartment is clean and functional, very well equipped for 5 person family. Hosts very nice and accommodating. Nearby there are two well kept beaches. We highly recommend it, and greet the hosts.

Holidays at you elect Nikolic spent the second time (the first time we returned to the same place). Both the house and the surroundings much we like. Apartment - clean, equipped with the necessary things, suitable for a family with two children. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. In close proximity are the 2 beaches (also very clean). You can visit Medjugorje (approx. 50 km), Mostar (approx. 80 km), Makarska (approx. 40 km). Recommended.

Apartments Nikolic provide everything for a wonderful holiday. Neat, spacious, boss neprimjetne.Imaju their fresh fruits and vegetables at affordable prices. The house is far from the main road and the beach with pine trees very close.

We spent two weeks and we are very pleased. Hosts delight, helpful, willing to give any information if you want to explore the area. Rooms clean, pleasant. Both beaches close by. Good place for a family with a small child. Near the shop, pizzeria, bars, exchange office. A good place to travel to Bosnia or Dubrovnik.

It's not surprising that we have been to this tiny, quiet village for three times already. The location is beautiful with a lot of places nearby that worth visiting. We couldn't imagine a better place for relaxing by the sea. The beach is not crowded with tourist. The firendly, hospitable owners recommended us several wonderful landmarks and tourist attractions that we could visit from Podaca (within a few hours drive). For instance: Korcula, Mostar, Stone, Makarska, Dubrovnik...The appartments are clean, comfortable, well equipped and have amazing views.

We spend a vacations at familly Nikolic since 2006. I would recommend this place to anyone. This year we will be there for the ninth time and certainly not the last :) Fantastic nice people, very good conditions and a great base for exploring Dubronik, Split, Mostar and other wonderful places in magical Croatia!

Rooms very clean, just like the pictures. The air conditioning worked. Very nice and contact the hosts. Place a small, peaceful and quiet at night. Two rocky beaches, quite narrow, but rather for swimmers. The area very good pizza cheese on the sea addition to the sea in Podacy are beautiful mountains of designated hiking trails. Even a weak walkers recommend a trip to the abandoned old Podacy on a mountain slope, about 50 minutes asphalt. Amazing views. Good place to base Dubrovnik, Ston and Makarska.

The apartment is great. It has everything a guest needs. It is located between two beaches just a couple of minutes far. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The beaches are beautiful, no crowds, the sea is very clean. There is a promenade all the way to Gradac. Podaca is a nice quiet place, perfect for a family vacation without the stress.
