We are the Barešić family and in the town of Podgora we rent 6 apartments, 150 m from the sea bay with a small port and beaches nearby. Newly built, spacious and airy apartments, fully equipped. Surrounded by a spacious garden and terrain with parking spaces for several vehicles. All apartments have a terrace or balcony. In the garden there is a stone open barbecue.

Arrival at the house: after 2:00 PM. Departure from the house: by 10:00 AM. Stay in the house - at least 5 days. When booking, a deposit is paid which serves as a guarantee and is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation. In case of a shorter stay than the booked one, we reserve the right to charge for the reserved period. We require 20% of the total amount as a deposit. Payment is in EUR. We do not accept credit cards. VAT is included in the price. Prices are per day. The rest of the total amount is paid on the day of your arrival. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Water, electricity and gas are included in the price.
