In 16 years of vacationing in Croatia, I have never met ruder people, that is, the owners. First of all, the apartment is not at all 75 square meters, but at most 50, the second thing is not at all as it appears in the pictures. The third thing is that a goat road leads to the apartment, and the parking lot is 500 meters from the apartment. Fourthly, welcomed without kindness and help by the owner, as well as sent away without greeting and thanks from the same. Fifth on the page, the price in the given period is 90 euros per night, and we were charged 110 euros per night. On top of that, when the wife's brother came to us the last two days, we asked the owner to stay with us, and he charged us an additional 200 euros for him and gave us a 5 cm mattress. The furniture is too old, the view of the old buildings, the messy and neglected yard, the towels and bed linen not being changed are just some of the features of this apartment and the owners. If there was a rating of 0, they would definitely get it, like this a rating of 1, and everyone who doesn't want their annual vacation to go to waste should avoid this apartment. Podgora as a peaceful, beautiful, beautiful and uncrowded place.

We spent 9 nights in both apartments , they are really old and need some reconstruction. Surrounding is awful, you see old ugly walls of other buildings. The owner was unkind, we had problems to change towels, he entered our apartments, when we were on the beach. The Worst we ever had in Croatia.
The apartment was harder to find, no car access. The host provided luggage from the car to the property as well as car parking. Praise. We got the apartment clean, nicely decorated, with style. She was in the apartment with his family in late July and early August 2015. Very nicely decorated rooms, decorations referring to the history of the country and the region. Clean, tidy. Quiet neighborhood, just a few steps from the harbor. A huge covered terrace grapes - gave a lot of shade throughout the day. The whole apartment is very large, so you can feel at ease driving in two families. Very nice and helpful owners. I would recommend for sure !!!
