Semi-detached family house in the quiet bay of Čaklje, belongs to the municipality of Podgora, but it is isolated and far from the summer hustle and bustle! The house is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your annual vacation a home-away-from-home! We have been dealing with tourism and rentals since 2009, and we have gradually decorated every corner of our house with great love! The large apartment (Zuto Zeleni) has everything necessary for daily life. A spacious terrace where you can wait for the day to wake up or enjoy the evening...Zuto Zeleni apartment is 60 steps from the sea. The small apartments on the 2nd floor of the house are ideal for married couples or families with small children. They are only 80 steps away from the sea. Purple Green and Red Black apartments have the possibility of using a washing machine. Our guests have been coming back for years and enjoy the beauty of Caklja together with us! We have been making reservations since the very beginning of 2009, when we started renting, after paying an advance payment of the price of one night, and you pay the rest up to the full amount upon arrival! Check-out time is until 10 am, while check-in to the apartment is from 3 pm; if the apartment is ready earlier, we will inform the guests in time so that they can plan their arrival. In the large apartment Zuto Zelen there is the possibility of accommodation for 2 more people (4+2) and additional people are charged 20e/person/day. In the small apartments Purple Green (2+2) and Crveno Crno (2+2), we have the option of accommodating 2 additional people, and the surcharge is the same as in the large apartment, 20e/person/day, regardless of the period of the year. Pets are welcome and are charged 10e/day, regardless of type and size.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is refunded if you cancel your stay one month before the reservation... As we have had the same guests for years, there is rarely a sudden problem or obligation, and in agreement with our guests, we change the reservation date in the same season or the next, and in that case we do not return the advance payment, but rather invoices for the changed date.

When we arrived, I was surprised by how well-equipped the place was with everything we might need during our stay. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a microwave, a toaster, and an oven. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, a blender, and all the necessary plates, glasses, and cups. The large living room and two bedrooms were fully furnished. There was a huge terrace with a beautiful sea view. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. I highly recommend it!
