The ideal time of arrival for guests is from 12:00, and departure from 10:00. However, if we are not expecting new guests that day, the departure can be extended. We do everything to meet our guests and make their stay in our apartments as pleasant as possible

Mrs. Dana is a rather unreliable host. I booked an apartment on June 6th for June 25th, we agreed on everything, and on June 21st, one day before we left (from June 22nd to June 25th, my family and I stayed in Makarska with our 1-year-old child), we communicated about a baby cot and high chair, and she wrote to me that all of this was in the apartment and that we would see each other on June 25th, and she even offered me an apartment so that we could arrive earlier. Then on June 22nd, around noon, she sent me an email (we were already on our way to Makarska with our 1-year-old child) to cancel the reservation because other guests had arrived. I was absolutely shocked that you could do business like that. Since I called her and told her that we had nowhere to stay on June 25th and had traveled 600 km, she said she would try to find another apartment. She sent me the phone number of a lady from Makarska, whose apartment was 300 m or more from the sea, on a hill and on the 3rd floor. I thanked her nicely and found an apartment in Podgora myself, quite close to hers. I warn you of her frivolity.

Dear Andreja, I am sorry for the situation that has arisen. Our rule is that a reservation is considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been made. Since the payment from your side has not been made, we could not guarantee accommodation, regardless of the communication about the possible arrival. Unfortunately, we know from experience that reservations without an advance payment are often not realized, which is why we rented the apartment to other guests so as not to risk empty dates. We stayed in apartment A1 in early July and I can warmly recommend that apartment to anyone. Perfect views of the small harbor, terrace and more than big enough to enjoy the view, the apartment itself is beautifully and modernly furnished. There is a lot of content in Podgora, from the performance of the klapa (which we could follow from the terrace of the apartment) to the rock and jazz performers. The beach with pine trees and shade is just minutes away from the apartment. Parking, a grocery store, a bakery and a restaurant are a few steps away from the apartment, which means you don't have to use a car for anything, which is really fantastic. See you next year.

The apartments are great! We lived on the third floor, where a very beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. There is also a second balcony in the bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard. The apartments are very clean and new, the kitchen has a lot of dishes also a sufficient amount of towels and bed linen. Parking close to home is also near a wonderful and best beach, and downstairs is a very good cafe. And many thanks to the owners of the apartments, who are very friendly, attentive and will always help. If we return to Podgora, then only to them! I recommend these apartments to everyone!

We spent 10 lovely days in AP. no 3 in September. We had perfect sea view. We used to have breakfast or evening drink on our terrace and watch people in marina & nightlife. Bakery, grocery, pizzeria with breakfasts are downstairs. Furniture is great - spacious wardrobe, wide and comfortable bed in the bedroom. Nice materials like wood, and stone are used. Few decorative elements makes it cosy and lovely. Kitchen is equipped well enough, to cook by yourself. Ap. has little backyard balcony - perfect solutions for drying towels etc. Podgora was peacuful but filled with attractions - all kinds of boat excursions, bars with life music, set of restaurants and great pebble beaches in walk distance. Parking place is provided in short distance from the apartment - it has easy acces - so important in Croatia! We could not be more happy with our choice and look forward to come back.

The apartments are magnificent: a stunning view from the window, good furniture, plumbing, a sufficient number of dishes. In the evenings it was nice to sit on the balcony and look at the sea. Friendly hosts, very much helped us. Near the apartments the best beach in Podgora: wide, shallow pebbles, pines, clear water, few people.

We spent a summer holiday in this apartments several times with our family friends in all Pomalo house. This summer it was on second half in July. We love this place, apartments are very nice, comfortable and from the terrace is very nice view. We plan to spend the next summer holiday there again. The owners are very kind and friendly and helpful. Downstairs is very good restaurant with Italian food and beer. I could highly recommend this accommodation. City of Podgora is very nice and there are beaches for families and for young people too. The sea and beaches is really clear and nice.

We have spent first week of July there, Apartment 1 in first floor, couple with three years old son. Apartment is really spacy for all the mess you can expect with small child. Including all its toys and belongings. Fantastic is balcony, because it is much more bigger than you see it on photographs. Not only space for table and chairs for four people, but lot of space for nice huge sun umbrella and for child to play...even with small bike. Cafe below is not noisy and the doors of apartment are perfectly silentproof. A/C works well in bedroom, shower always with hot water, WiFi is strong enough for videos from you tube. Bakery is just next door so you can have fresh bread, rolls or cakes every morning just 10m away from your apartment. The only issue is parking place, but the family of owners is very nice and helpfull also on this, So you will get free parking, maybe in the distance but they will arrange it. Kitchen is well equiped. TV works well, but only local channels. We were using wifi and youtube for a child or if music was needed.
We were in the second housing, but we have seen and all the others, and we are very pleased with the furniture, it is new and modern, solid wood, accurately, as in photographs. On the one hand a good view of the city and the sea, and on the other hand on Gore Biokovo. Convenient for parents with children or young and old. Owners are simple and friendly, low-cost price. Secured parking space. I recommend to all.
