Our family house is located just a few meters from the heart of Podgora. Within walking distance you will find the most beautiful beaches of Podgora surrounded by pine trees that protect you and your children from the scorching sun.

Reservations and payment The reservation of the apartment is considered valid after the advance payment in the amount of €150. After the advance payment has been received, the guest is issued a booking confirmation / voucher. The remaining amount of the stay is paid upon arrival at the apartment, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Arrival and departure Check-in (arrival): from 2:00 p.m. Check-out (departure): until 10:00 a.m. We ask guests to adhere to the specified times so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationThe guest has the right to cancel the reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, with a full refund of the advance payment. In the event of cancellation within 60 days before arrival, as well as in the event of no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable. By paying the advance payment, the guest confirms that he is familiar with the above conditions and accepts them in full.
